Your account is supported and managed through backend administration systems operated by Maxco Systems, a technology service provider that manages data on behalf of its clients. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the process outlined below. Please note that while certain personal data can be deleted upon request, some information may need to be retained due to legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.
To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to karthik@maxcosystems.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
In your email, please include the following information to help us verify your identity:
1. Your full name
2. Your registered email address and mobile number
3. Brand or Company name associated with your account
4. Any other relevant account details necessary for verification
5. Reason for deletion
Upon receiving your request, the Maxco Systems team will verify your identity and process the deletion of applicable personal data within 7–10 business days.
While we will disable your account and remove eligible personal data, certain information may be retained where required for legal, operational, or compliance purposes.
Employment or Usage History: Certain records related to your engagement or platform usage may be retained to meet legal or operational obligations.
Transaction and Audit Records: Logs, transactions, or actions performed while the account was active may be preserved to comply with regulatory or audit requirements.
Once the deletion process is completed, your account will be deactivated and most personal data will be removed.
Any retained information will be securely stored and accessed only as necessary for compliance, legal, or operational reasons.
